Soulful reiki

Reiki can restore a sense of balance to both the mind and the emotions, building an inner calmness that benefits the mind, body, and soul through the recovery process.

The Reiki practice is begun by a short guided mindfulness and meditation to assist in easing the mind and allowing the physical body to achieve a sense of relaxation, which softens the soul for receptivity through the Reiki session.

Each Reiki session can be adaptable and flexible to meet each person's needs.
